Story driven design
Design drive intended to tell stories not to create them. Interactions are tailored to drive a story forward, not to give the player dynamic / system driven interactions.
Story driven design is at its strongest when paired with interactive fiction, a medium concentrating on story telling and narrative exploration.
Other mediums can benefit from story driven design in form of backstories, which give context for the user’s actions, and as content tying together unrelated parts of the project (for instance, cutscenes between levels in a game or a puzzle)

Experience driven design
Digital media can create experiences which are (more or less) unique to each user.
This can be achieved by many means including non-linearity and dynamic systems.
